I bought this machine last week, and I couldn't love it more. It's engineered very well, gives me great coffee (particularly lattes) each time and does not take up too much space in the kitchen. Hafele being German engineered, definitely provides great value for money over other brands in the market. I was watching this video a few weeks ago, while I was deciding upon which coffee machine to buy. If you're in a similar mind while browsing the comment section, I'd definitely urge you to buy this machine. Disclaimer: This is an unbiased review and I'm not affiliated with Hafele or their distributors in any way. My review is based purely on my experience as a customer.

@@aminaiman1992 It has to do with the grind of the coffee. If it's watery, it must be that your coffee is too coarse. I'd suggest grinding it down further.
